How We Protect Your Information

tati99 uses SSL encryption for all data in transit and at rest, so your login credentials, payment details and account balance are never exposed.

Encryption Standard

All logins, deposits and withdrawals travel over SSL 256-bit encryption. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS data is stored in a tokenised vault separate from your profile.

Fraud Prevention

We monitor every transaction for anomalies — unusual device logins, atypical stake patterns or geographic red flags. Flagged activity triggers a security hold until you verify via email or SMS.

Access Control

Only authorised staff can view your full account data, and only when handling your support ticket or processing a withdrawal. All access is logged and audited monthly.

Data Retention

We keep your account records for seven years post-closure to satisfy tax and anti-money-laundering rules where local law permits. Closed account data is then securely deleted.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings → Privacy & Data and click 'Download My Information'. We'll package your profile, transaction history, chat logs and any support tickets into a file and email it to you within 10 business days. You can also request this via [email protected].

Your payment tokens are anonymised immediately after account closure and separated from your profile. We retain hashed transaction records for seven years to meet financial reporting rules where local law permits, then securely delete all personal identifiers linked to those payments.

We never sell your data. We share payment information only with the payment processor (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) to execute your transaction. We may disclose data to law enforcement if required by a legal order or to prevent fraud — we'll notify you unless prohibited by law.

You can update your email, phone number and address directly in Account Settings → Profile. To delete information, contact [email protected]. Deletion of active-account data is limited to comply with financial regulations, but we can anonymise your data after closure where local law permits.
